The FiredUp! Solidarity Network

In 2022, Jobs With Justice, Unemployed Workers United, and the Coworker Solidarity Fund launched the FiredUp! Solidarity Network to expand support to worker leaders in building rapid response infrastructure to meet their immediate needs during the crisis of retaliation and the skills to strengthen their efforts to win.

-We provide direct relief to help workers’ day-to-day bills and expenses.

-We are advocating for government agencies to expand existing relief pathways for workers who were retaliated against for organizing. 

-We provide worker-leaders paid fellowships to strengthen their organizing work. 

-We conduct innovative online-to-offline organizing strategies, providing digital infrastructure and coaching to help scale worker organizing campaigns.  

We know that this wave of worker organizing will continue to swell, which means more retaliation and also more opportunities to enact real change in our communities.

We need all hands on deck to ensure that we are building up the worker movements that are essential to strengthen our democracy.

With your help, we can provide immediate financial assistance to workers in need and organize communities to show our solidarity and move the government and pressure corporations to respect workers' rights and demand fair treatment in the workplace.
